KIEFER — Mason Fielden scored 33 points to lead Hulbert to a 68-55 victory over Oaks in the consolation finals of the Dale Calvery Invitational in Kiefer on Saturday.
After trailing 16-13 at the end of the first period, Hulbert took control and outscored Oaks 30-9 in the second quarter — thanks to 20 points from Fielden.
Next up for Hulbert is a home game Tuesday night against Warner.
Results for the Hulbert girls were not reported to the Daily Press.
