Bell-Holter's dominant performance leads ORU past NW State

TULSA — Damen Bell-Holter had a monster double-double with 25 points and 20 rebounds and Oral Roberts earned an 80-74 victory over Northwestern State on Thursday night.

Shawn Glover also had a double-double for Oral Roberts (8-7, 3-0 Southland) with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Warren Niles scored 19 points and D.J. Jackson added 15 points.

DeQuan Hicks led Northwestern State (9-5, 3-1) with 18 points, James Hulbin had 14 and Shamir Davis had 13.

Oral Roberts, in its first season as a member of the Southland Conference, is off to a 3-0 start in conference play for the second straight season.
