STILLWATER — Oklahoma State will host Gonzaga on New Year's Eve next season at the end of a stretch of six straight nonconference games at home.
The Cowboys released the nonconference portion of their schedule on Tuesday, and it also features a trip to the Puerto Rico Tip-Off tournament the week before Thanksgiving. The tournament field also includes Akron, Massachusetts, N.C. State, UNC-Asheville, Penn State, Providence and Tennessee.
Oklahoma State's season opener is set for Nov. 9 against UC Davis and the only other home game during the month will be Nov. 25 against Portland State.
In December, the Cowboys have home games scheduled against South Florida, Missouri State, Central Arkansas, Texas-Arlington and Tennessee Tech before the marquee game against Gonzaga.
OSU will play at Virginia Tech on Dec. 1.
