TAHLEQUAH DAILY PRESS — NSU moves baseball dates
Northeastern State’s Lone Star Conference baseball opener at Tarleton State in Stephenville, Texas, has been moved back one day, according to RiverHawks Head coach Sergio Espinal.
The RiverHawks and Texans will play doubleheaders on Saturday and Sunday at Stephenville.
Following the Tarleton twinbills, Northeastern State returns home to play Missouri Southern State Univesity in a single game on Feb. 16th at 1 p.m.
NSU cancels softball tourney
Northeastern State has cancelled its RiverHawks Classic softball tournament, scheduled for Friday through Sunday of this week, due to poor field conditions. The tournament will not be rescheduled.
The RiverHawks will open its 2010 home schedule Tuesday against Arkansas Tech University at 1 p.m. at the NSU Softball Complex.
