Smith leads Stephen F. Austin past Tulsa 57-41

TULSA — Taylor Smith scored 17 points and Jacob Parker added 16 on Saturday to lead Stephen F. Austin to a 57-41 victory over Tulsa.

Stephen F. Austin (4-0) also got eight rebounds from Smith and 10 assists from Hal Bateman.

Stephen F. Austin had a 14-5 scoring advantage off turnovers and a 36-14 edge in points in the paint.

Tulsa (4-2) had a cold shooting touch, making just 13 of 42 field-goal attempts, and was just 12 of 22 from the free-throw line.

James Woodard scored 14 points and grabbed eight rebounds for Tulsa, and Kauri Black scored nine points.

What do you think of Sen. McCain's proposal to allow cable TV channels to be sold a la carte (individually, rather than in bundles with a lot of channels no one wants)?
