Police issue citation

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police issued a drug-related citation to a Tahlequah man early Sunday morning.

Officers said a brass pipe and small bag of marijuana was spotted in a vehicle that was parked at a convenience store. The driver, Cody L. Cannon, 21, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Samantha K. Lowe, 20, Tahlequah, was arrested Sunday for public intoxication. Police said Lowe tried to escape from a patrol car, then kicked an officer in the head.

Brandan Barlow, 25, Tahlequah, was arrested Sunday morning for public intoxication, obstructing an officer and resisting arrest after a fight at Ned’s.

Tomas H. Rene, 34, Tahlequah, was arrested Saturday for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Eugenio D. Nicolos, 30, Tahlequah, was arrested for DUI Saturday, and police also arrested Procoro Nepamosen, 39, Tahlequah, during the same traffic stop.

Scott Forbes spoke to police last week after a bottle of medication was missing from his house. Forbes said the medication disappeared after an ex-girlfriend showed up at his home uninvited.

Jeannie Linvick told deputies last week about stolen medication.

Ronnie Smith told police Saturday about several items being stolen from his residence.

Melanie Legier reported two guns missing from her home Friday.

Johnny Deaton spoke to police last week about a PlayStation 3 and wireless controller being stolen from a local residence.

Amy McNac spoke to police Saturday about three Christmas gifts being stolen from her home during a burglary.
