Employees of Capital Electric spoke to Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies Thursday after a trailer was reported missing.
The employees said the white 1996 Trail King trailer was taken from a work site in the Lowrey area. The trailer has a Missouri license plate of LP15C5CHX.
In other matters, deputies spoke to Brenda Hoover about a stolen truck last week. Hoover said she left the vehicle in the care of another man, who said he would sell the truck for her for $500, and any amount he received over that asking price he could keep. Hoover said the man later sold the truck for $200, but said she still has the title.
Carissa Taylor reported an assault last week.
