Gifts reported stolen

Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies are investigating an alleged burglary where Christmas presents were among the items taken.

Dustin Sparks said Wednesday someone broke into his home and took a Sanyo television, Wii console and 10 wrapped presents. Anyone with information concerning the burglary should contact the sheriff’s office.

Barbara Bullock said Thursday someone took a homemade bumper pull trailer from her property.

Davy Brixey told deputies some cows that don’t belong to him tore up and wasted some of his hay.

James Christie said Wednesday a jar of change and some guns were stolen from his home.
