Man arrested for DUI

Tahlequah police arrested a local man Wednesday for drunken driving after a traffic stop at the U.S. Highway 62-State Highway 82 junction.

Reports state Kenneth M. Adams, 39, told officers he didn’t have a valid license, and officers smelled an odor of intoxicants. Adams allegedly admitted drinking and being drunk.

Officers also took a report Wednesday concerning a fight between two men. Both signed complaint forms for assault, reports state.

Marsha Garcia said Wednesday her flat-screen TV was stolen on June 12.

A report has been filed concerning a credit card found on the ground outside the Hit-and-Run store.

Karen Jones said Wednesday she was grabbed by the hair and threatened.
