TAHLEQUAH DAILY PRESS — Tahlequah police responded to a robbery call early Tuesday and ended up making a drunken driving arrest.
Jodee Bennett, 32, was arrested for DUI, driving while revoked and an outstanding district court warrant.
Jackson was looking for the vehicle in reference to the robbery call and saw Bennett’s vehicle on the east bypass.
In an unrelated matter, Georgia Gereds called officers Monday to report some property missing.
She said she’s in the process of moving and had stored some items in the garage.
David Morris filed a report Tuesday about unwanted text messages.
Gerald Hammer filed a report Monday concerning losing his checkbook at Boomerang diner.
Fabian Aguilar, 18, was arrested last Friday at a trailer on Lane Avenue.
He had outstanding warrants in Cherokee County and is on probation in two cases.
