Tahlequah police arrested a man Tuesday after responding to a road-rage incident that turned into an assault.
David Lewis, 38, of Park Hill, was booked by officers after the victim signed a citizen complaint on the confrontation.
Shawna Spencer told police Monday someone had acessed her bank information and sent money via Western Union without her permission.
Noelle Belmore on Tuesday said a man against whom she has a protective order has been calling and texting her.
