Four arrested for alcohol-related charges

TAHLEQUAH — Four people were arrested early Friday morning for alcohol-related charges.

Clinton A. Thomas, 29, of Muskogee, was booked for driving under the influence, while passengers Kyle J. Baker, 22, Ryan Lester, 21, and Roger Ellis, 21, all of Muskogee, were booked for public intoxication.

Gregory A. Waddell, 23, of Tahlequah, was arrested last week for driving while intoxicated.

Catherine Ford told police her mail was taken from her mailbox this month.

Effie Foster filed a burglary report Thursday.

Jason Uphoff on Thursday said someone broke into his vehicle and ransacked the it, stealing papers and a garage-door opener.

Aaron Lingbeck spoke to police last week about harassing text messages from an unknown person.

What do you think of Sen. McCain's proposal to allow cable TV channels to be sold a la carte (individually, rather than in bundles with a lot of channels no one wants)?
