Local man arrested for actual physical control

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a local man Friday after responding to a fight call.

Melton L. Flute, 29, of Tahlequah, was allegedly in his car and attempting to leave the area when police arrived. He was arrested for being in actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Eusebio Marquez, 25, of Tahlequah, was arrested last week following a traffic stop.

Kenley Hitchcock spoke to police Thursday about items being stolen from his house.

Dana Moses said some of her medication went missing after someone stayed at her house this month.

Cynthia Kirkhart on Wednesday said she was threatened.
