Tahlequah police responded to a reported stabbing early Thursday morning near Oak and Smith.
Police said the victim of the assault was uncooperative with them.
In other matters, police spoke to Shawn Miller Wednesday about his apartment being burglarized.
Employees at Out West Cafe told police Wednesday someone broke a window and fire hydrant.
Harold Cooper III told police Wednesday that someone stole Hydrocodone from his residence.
Emma Presley spoke to police Tuesday after a tenant at Stepping Stone Apartments left over night without paying rent and took property.

Flatbed trailer reported stolen
Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies took a report Sunday after a flatbed trailer was stolen. Terry Foster said the 20-foot trailer was taken from a residence on Shady Grove Road. The trailer has an aluminum tool box with a 9,000-pound Warn winch on the front.
