Man arrested after allegedly smoking pot in ‘head shop’

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a man Wednesday evening after he was allegedly caught smoking marijuana in a business’ restroom.

Christopher Roybal, 20, of Tahlequah, was arrested, and police also took a juvenile female into custody.

Vanessa Atkins, 50, of Tahlequah, was arrested Wednesday for shoplifting at Walmart.

David Dushane, 38, of Tah-lequah, was arrested Wednesday after police responded to a domestic disturbance near Water and Chickasaw.

Russell L. Hogshooter, 35, of Jay, was arrested Wednesday night for driving under the influence and other charges.

Ronald D. Osentowski, 64, of Tahlequah, was arrested this week for assault and battery.

Patricia Bark told police Wednesday that she took her vehicle to a person for mechanical work several months ago, and when she returned to check on it this week, it had been stolen.

Wayne Isaacs filed a report Wednesday after his vehicle was damaged in a crash.
