Police arrest man with fake knife who said he killed kids

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a man last week who allegedly pulled a fake gun and wielded a knife.

Police said they responded to a 911 call Friday evening after a man said he had murdered his children. A call was also made about a domestic situation in the same area. Police said when they arrived near Allen and Vinita, Terry J. Fulfer, 25, of Tahlequah, pulled a “replica” gun on officers, and then pulled a fixed-blade knife. Officers used a Taser on Fulfer to take him into custody.

Scott D. Morris, 28, of Tahlequah, was arrested Monday after a woman said Morris assaulted her.

Audra Anderson reported her bank card stolen and said it was being used to buy drinks at Ned’s on Monday.
