Woman jailed for driving under influence

TAHLEQUAH — A Tulsa woman was arrested by Tahlequah police on Oct. 26 following a disturbance call from a local restaurant and bar business. According to the police report, Ashley Cornelius, 26,  was taken into custody near T Bones’ Place for driving under the influence.

Shawna Hammer filed an information report Oct. 28 to notify police that a known suspect had been violating an active protective order. Hammer told police the suspect approached her in a casino and had been harassing her with text messages.

Joshua Smith, 19, was arrested by police Oct. 27 for public intoxication and resisting arrest near Shawnee and Water streets.

Kyle Nolan filed a larceny report Oct. 27 to inform law officials this his black 2005 GT Mustang had been stolen from Walmart.

Tammie McKee filed a theft report Oct. 23.

Randi Barngrover filed an information report Oct. 26 to notify police that she was assaulted.

Rebecca Wilson filed a vandalism report Oct. 27. Wilson told police she found a window on her residence had been shattered by a brick, which was still in the window. The report indicated no entry was made.

Ramona Casady reported a break-in of her vehicle Oct. 29.

Tasheena Biggood filed a theft report Oct. 27 to notify police her phone had been stolen while she was visiting a friend’s house on the corner of Choctaw and Lee streets.
