Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man Tuesday after he allegedly assaulted a woman.

Two people were arrested Tuesday at Walmart on separate shoplifting complaints.
A Bunch man was arrested recently after he was found face-down in a yard. Jeremy Poafpybitty, 27, allegedly smelled of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet. County sheriff’s deputies arrested Poafpybitty on South 492 Road for public intoxication.
