Stolen trailer recovered

TAHLEQUAH — Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies have filed a report after a stolen trailer was recovered at a local recycling center.

Robert Chambers told investigators a trailer was stolen from his home in Mayes County, and later discovered it at a Cherokee County business. The trailer was recovered, and investigators received a video that reportedly shows the man who took it.

Irene Coursey filed a report Wednesday after four pit bulldogs entered her yard and attacked her grandchildren’s pet hound.

Randel Overton filed a threats report Thursday.
