Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man Monday after he allegedly showed up to a residence where he’d previously been banned.
David Lynn Marrs, 37, of Hulbert, was not allowed at the property. Deputies said he was found asleep in a bedroom with several empty beer cans, and he was arrested for public drunk.
Deputies took a report last week from Jimmy Drywater, who said someone pointed a gun at him and threatened to shoot him.
John Sutton reported a stolen pistol last week.
Jimmy Hullinger filed a report with deputies Monday after dogs got into his deer pen and killed five of his trophy deer. Adrian Cawvey reported the front door of a residence being kicked in Monday.
