Police Beat

Tahlequah police are investigating a report of customers leaving B&J;’s restaurant Tuesday morning without paying for a meal.

The suspects allegedly left headed north on the Bertha Parker Bypass in a silver Jeep, followed by a tan truck.

Dustin Reese told officers Monday he was spraying for a property owner when a small dog came from under a trailer and bit him on the left ankle. Animal control officers took possession of the dog and some puppies.

Chris Stura said Sunday he believes his cats were possibly poisoned.

Jason Haney reported vandalism to the softball complex at Phoenix Park.

Eva Poindexter said Monday afternoon a juvenile black male came by the Circle S Laundry and was mooning people.

Merle Demier said Monday a thief has been stealing gas from his truck.

Prudence Gonzales, 36, was arrested at Walmart for shoplifting Sunday after allegedly taking clothes.

LeeAnna Buckskin said an intruder entered her home without permission.

Christopher Jordan said Monday he received a harassing phone call.
