Two arrested on drug charges after traffic stop

Tahlequah — Two people were arrested Tuesday on drug-related charges following a traffic stop.

Mac A. Cook, 22, and Tyler A. Meigs, 21, both of Tahlequah, were arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, endeavoring to inhale an intoxicating substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In other matters, Angela Gritts spoke to police Tuesday about her air conditioner being stolen.

Police spoke to a man Tuesday after a person wanted to dispose of several partial bags of synthetic substances sold as potpourri, and four partial bags of rolling papers.
