Man tells police of credit card fraud

TAHLEQUAH —  

Tahlequah police spoke to a local man Tuesday about fraudulent use of a credit card.
Wesley Lewis Jr. said someone used the card to withdraw money from his account. He said the unauthorized withdrawal was in Wagoner.
Police on Tuesday spoke to Chuck Spessard, of Tulsa, about 612 Tulsa World inserts being stolen from a local store.
Rhonda Mandlin reported theft of furniture Monday.
Kirk Kennedy, 37, of Tahlequah, was arrested Saturday for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Toni Vance reported an assault Monday.
