Hulbert man nabbed for drug violations

TAHLEQUAH — Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Hulbert man Saturday on drug-related charges. Austin Michael Mullens, 29, was booked for drug violations including paraphernalia. Deputies said they made a traffic stop and found a small bag of marijuana and a smoking pipe.

Della Dallis spoke to deputies earlier this month about vandalism.

Davis Country Store employees reported a fuel drive-off recently.

Cherokee Hughes reported being harassed by text message, Facebook and Twitter messages.

Toni Vance reported a home burglary last week and said two PlayStation 3 consoles, three flat-screen TVs, and other items were taken.

Deputies issued a citation to Ryne Patrick Frank, 20, of Tahlequah, for possession of drug paraphernalia Sunday.

Eric Caldwell reported being harassed Sunday.

Danette Walker told deputies she was assaulted last week.

Meghan McManus reported to deputies last week she was being intimidated.
