Assault reported

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police took an assault report this week after an incident at Ned’s over the weekend.

Agusta Finch told officers she was assaulted by three women at the local establishment Saturday night.

Robert Beck told police Monday that a pistol was stolen from his house.

Jose Martinez spoke to police Monday about a stolen motorcycle.

Cristina Vien told police Monday about violation of a protective order.

Amy Frye told police Monday someone cut the lock on a storage unit and stole property.

James Fischer reported harassment and threats Monday.

Parker Bergman spoke to police Tuesday morning after he found someone in his kitchen and scuffled with the man. The suspect was able to get away in a maroon Chevrolet truck.

Ashley Sage spoke to police Monday about checking account fraud.
