OSU players pick up Big 12 weekly awards

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State's Josh Stewart and Justin Gilbert have been named Big 12 Players of the Week.

Stewart was named the conference Offensive Player of the Week and Gilbert the Special Teams Player of the Week after helping the Cowboys to a 55-34 win over West Virginia.

Stewart caught 13 passes — two for touchdowns — and ran for a 46 yard touchdown while Gilbert had a 96-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Kansas State defensive end Meshak Williams was chosen conference Defensive Player of the Week.
