James Quinn Woolard

TAHLEQUAH — James Quinn Woolard, 44, a Cherokee Nation casino supervisor, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012, in Zeb.

Services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 1, at Park Hill Baptist Church, with interment at Hulbert IOOF Cemetery in Hulbert.

Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 30, at Reed-Culver Funeral Home.

James Quinn Woolard was born Sept. 11, 1968, in Dallas, Texas, to Jack and Ona Mae (Gilmore) Woolard. He graduated from Eakly High School in Eakly in 1987.

December 23,1993, he married the love of his life, Stacy (Hutchison) Woolard. They had three children, Kyle, Darsi and Linzi.

James was an avid Oklahoma State University Cowboys fan, and loved one thing more than his cowboys was his family. He was their biggest fan. He never missed an activity or game. He was always in the stands, cheering on his children and their teams.

James enjoyed spending time with his friends boating, fishing, hunting, fishing and watching NASCAR

James was employed at Cherokee Nation Casino as a supervisor for nine years.

James is preceded in death by his grandparents; son, Kyle; nephew, Travis Hutchinson; and father-in-law, “Big John” Hathcoat.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Stacy, and two daughters, Darsi and Linzi, of the home; parents, Jand and Ona Mae Woolard of Eakly, brother, Wendall Woolard and wife Mary, of Eldorado, Ark., brother, Ronald Woolard and wife Rhonda, of Harrah; sister, Cathy Crump and husband Dale, of El Reno; brother, Jack “Bubba” Woolard and wife Vonda of Oklahoma City; sister, Faye Brown, of Albuquerque, N.M.; mother-in-law Phyllis Snell of Park Hill; father-in-law, David Hutchinson and wife Sharon, of Locust Grove; sister-in-law, Lisa Hutchinson and longtime companion Monte Arkeketah of Park Hill; brother-in-law, Nathan Hutchinson, of Ponca City; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

James will be missed by all who knew him.
