Friday, Feb. 8: GOOD MORNING!

TAHLEQUAH — There will be a packed Sunday Press this week, especially with many of the local candidates for city office telling you about their qualifications. We'll also have these stories:

• Renee Fite was on hand for the Wines of Winter Festival, and she'll have the details.

• What's the difference between a chef and a cook? Teddye Snell already knows the answer to that, but she's talking to a little of both for a story.

• Rob Anderson has a preview of Tahlequah City Hospital's Hearts of Gold Gala.

Poll

Where do you think bicycle trails are most needed in Cherokee County?

In the downtown corridor.
Not downtown, because it would be too congested, but on peripheral streets, like Bluff, Downing and College, and Muskogee but not downtown.
On the rural highways mainly in recreational areas, like Highways 10 and 82.
Only in special areas, like parks.
I do not think Cherokee County needs any (or more) bike trails.
