Eight men still held in sting



MUSKOGEE – The eight men scooped up during the drug sting “Operation Trainwreck” are still being detained, after their hearing took place in Muskogee Tuesday afternoon.

Shaun Terrill Johnson, Shannon Malcolm Johnson, Lawrence Eugene Blue and John Henry Johnson, all of Tahlequah; Dave Ellis Wilson of Keys; Orlando L. Wilson of Fort Gibson; and Jamie Lynn Mask of Hulbert, are charged with conspiracy to possession controlled drugs with the intent to distribute, distribution of controlled drugs, and drug forfeiture.

In a related case, Terry Bogle of Tahlequah was charged with a possession of a sawed-off shotgun.

A trial date has been set for Monday, Jan. 4, 2010.

Rob Wallace, assistant U.S. attorney, said all men are still booked at the Muskogee County Detention Center.

“The Muskogee County Jail is a federal holding facility,” he said. “Judge Stephen Shreder will be presiding over the trial.”
