A Tahlequah man is set to appear in court, along with others being held in connection with Operation Trainwreck.
Terry Bogle, whose name was released Friday by federal authorities, has been charged with possession of a sawed-off shotgun.
According to Rob Wallace, assistant U.S. attorney, this is Bogle’s only charge at this time.
“He is set for a detention hearing at 2 p.m. Tuesday [Nov. 24],” Wallace said. “That hearing will determine whether he will be released.”
Bogle will appear in court along with Shannon Johnson, Shaun Johnson, Lawrence Blue, Orlando Wilson, Dave Ellis Wilson and John Henry Johnson. He was not charged with the original seven.
All are being held by the U.S. Marshal Service pending the Tuesday hearing.
Jamie Mask, who is currently held in the Wagoner County Jail, will be in court at 10 a.m. Nov. 24 for his arraignment.
Seven defendants are being charged with conspiracy to possession controlled drugs with the intent to distribute, distribution of controlled drugs, and drug forfeiture.
The arrests were made Thursday as local, state and federal officers served six federal search warrants stemming from an eight-year drug conspiracy investigation.
