The court issued an order Friday for the return of two children to Brandy Evans, custodial parent of the youth.
The order came as a result of a report being filed by Evans, in which she stated the father and suspect, James M. Armer, took three children whom are in her custodial care from the baby-sitter’s house in Briggs, and refused to return them to Evans.
Evans stated Armer came to her work place and dropped one of the three Armer children off.
She said Armer told her “you will never see the kids again.”
As of Friday evening, the children were still missing. Armer drives a red, Dodge, single-cab pick-up truck with rear bumper damage.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Armer or the two children are asked to call the sheriff’s department at (918) 456-2583.
