TAHLEQUAH DAILY PRESS — A Springdale, Ark., man was listed in good condition Wednesday evening after a motorcycle crash on the east side of the county.

Jeffrey Tanner Hendley was driving a 2001 Suzuki west on U.S. Highway 62 when he swerved to miss debris on the roadway. He lost control of the motorcycle and laid the bike on its side. Hendley was transported by Westville EMS to Tahlequah City Hospital for treatment of a leg injury. The crash occurred at 7:25 p.m., 11.3 miles east of Tahlequah.

The crash was investigated by Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Joe Couch of the Cherokee County detachment.
