TAHLEQUAH — The staff of District Attorney Brian Kuester has declined to file charges against Caisen Green, who shot and killed with an arrow what is now believed to be a stray pit bulldog, and posted a photo on Facebook.
A spokesman for the DA's office said there is "not nearly enough evidence" for an animal cruelty charge.
